not wearing shoes that are too big, can't walk in them.
not wearing shoes that are too small, feet becomes blistered and worn.

shoes that fit are hard to find.
often shoes that are worn too long loosen and we need to change them.

there are shoes that fit our sizes perfectly, yet they may not fit our needs. some of us need shoes that support us more because our ankles are weaker. some need shoes with higher arch. others have special needs as they may be flat footed or have extremely thin skin. so many needs, so little choices.

and then, when we know our basic needs, we then come to our preferences. design. colour. some of us prefer shoes that ventilate well. others like shoes that have laces.

as it is with most things. one thing that may seem simple and un-complicated may encompass many considerations. just like relationships. there are so many things to consider ain't it? we first need to fulfil our needs. then we realise what we need may not be what we like. and what we like may mean we have to forgo our needs.

different people have different needs and some people just need some things more than others. it ain't a fault. it is only because everyone is unique in their own ways.

have you found the right pair of shoes for you? can they last forever or must you change them often?
