Had a great day of sun, sea and sand yesterday with wonderful teammates from LMFC and what made it better is getting to see friends like nadia and david whom i've not seen in a long while. =D i think i've never enjoyed myself so much before in sentosa...a waste though, jas, sonia and i lost our chance at qualifying for top 4 in the ladies open 3-0n-3 tourney. was a good experience though and i think i'm improving =D

all these at the expense of my health. =( sad man. at the end of the day whilst playing contact rugby with the handball, i just couldn't stop coughing. must be all the sand that has intoxicated my lungs. the dust and the sun. really felt kinda shitty. night time was worse. coughing through the night, only stopping when my throat got stuck and i lost my voice.

coughed till i puked. coughed out blood. hate this. finally went for TCM again. hopefully it works as well this time.

really love this team, especially people like jaime, martha, wilna, felicia, steph, etc...esp carmen hahahaha. yeah, they really make my day and make me want to go out even when i'm damn sick. that's the feeling good teammates should give you. instead of wanting to stay home even when you're well when there's training going on. hahaha. get the drift?

i finally got something from my angel. can't wait for the chalet camp. haha! wild wild wet, here we come!

i feel quite sick still. sigh.
