i feel. constipated, bloated, nauseated and as though my head's gonna burst apart. =( i think i got some gastric flu. nobody's to blame but myself, i let myself starve and ate too late resulting in alot of air in my tummy.

got up at 4am feeling like shit. once i stood up i felt like i'm floating. puked all the damn milo i drank at 12plus out. grrrr. went back to tossing and turning in bed. must have drifted between sleep and awake a dozen times. woke up at 8am and puked gastric juices. arghs damnit.

now i feel weird. better but weird. i hope i'll be alright after awhile. this sucks.
